Perkins Coie Named Among Top Law Firms in 2022 Chambers USA
SEATTLE (June 1, 2022)—Perkins Coie is proud to announce that it has again been ranked by Chambers & Partners, publishers of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, as one of the top law firms in the United States. For 2022, the firm is recognized for 72 practice areas and 177 individual attorneys, marking an increase from last year's 67 practice areas and 170 recognized attorneys.
Highlights From the Firm's 2022 Chambers Rankings
- Of the 72 practice areas recognized, 27 were ranked Band 1.
- Five practice areas were recognized for the first time.
- Five practice areas moved up in band rankings.
- One hundred seventy-seven Perkins Coie attorneys were individually recognized by Chambers as leaders in their fields, with 42 attorneys earning the Band 1 ranking within their practice areas.
- Twenty-one Perkins Coie attorneys were recognized for the first time.
- Firmwide managing Partner William Malley was ranked as an "Eminent Practitioner" for the first time.
- Alaska Partner Eric B. Fjelstad (for the ninth time), Oregon Partner Stephen F. English (for the 12th consecutive year), and Partner Roy W. Tucker (for the 13th consecutive year) were recognized as "Star Individuals" (considered above a Band 1 ranking).
- Twelve Perkins Coie attorneys were ranked as "Senior Statespeople": Daniel Zazove (for the first time), Richard Prentke, Michael Warnecke, Bruce Michael Cross, Paul Eckstein, Jordan Green, Carl Frischling, Steven Bell, and John Dillow.
