We advise on a wide range of agreements, including those pertaining to software development, product distribution, cloud services, platform and application program interface (API) integration arrangements, joint development, ad network and analytics services, data processing, data monetization, data sharing, and consumer-facing terms and licensing, among many others.
We also represent companies in divestment and acquisition deals. Our team is skilled at conducting and responding to diligence, drafting representations and related disclosures, leading negotiations, and facilitating post-deal integration. We advise our clients on privacy and security-related compliance gaps, provide risk assessments, recommend mitigation measures, and advise on commercial data strategies that align with market trends and liability considerations.
