Rick has more than 15 years of experience representing major clients in complex civil litigation, corporate transactions, and real estate development projects.
Rick Haruthunian has extensive experience as both in-house counsel at a Fortune 50 company and as a private practitioner with various major domestic and international law firms throughout several jurisdictions. His practice has traditionally emphasized product-related issues, general business and corporate matters, and real estate development and land-use projects. He also has knowledge in both private and public sector commercial transactions and services procurement, as well as advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and human resources matters.
