Zoe assists clients on matters involving technology transactions, privacy law, and product counseling across a variety of industries, including software, hardware, edtech, and cloud computing.
Zoe Wood assists clients on commercial matters, including technology licensing and online service terms, and advises on compliance with privacy laws. Zoe drafts and negotiates data protection agreements and advises on biometrics and consumer health data laws.
Zoe graduated from the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as the chief articles editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts. She was also the co-president of the Cyber Law Association of Washington.
Zoe maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters. Prior to law school, Zoe was a product manager at the D. E. Shaw Group.
