Will litigates a wide range of substantive legal disputes before state and federal appellate and trial courts.
Will Wilder assists clients in commercial disputes, securities fraud litigation, constitutional and governmental litigation, government investigations, election law cases, and appeals.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Will worked as an associate at a litigation boutique in Washington, D.C., and litigated voting rights and election cases as a fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice. Will also clerked for the Hon. Myrna Pérez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
