William Partridge has an extensive background in financial products litigation, construction litigation, and business law.

William has resolved a range of disputes, including wrongful foreclosure actions, breaches of contract, partnership dissolutions, intellectual property (IP) issues, and wrongful termination/employment litigation. William has experience working with a variety of key players in the financial services industry, including U.S. government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) and nationwide and international banking institutions. In the construction industry, William has worked with general contractors, specialty contractors, architects, property owners, and developers. His deep industry knowledge of security interests in real property informs both his financial products litigation practice and his construction practice as it relates to mechanic's lien priority matters, and provides a strategic advantage to clients.
