Prior to his retirement, Tom had more than 40 years of experience at Perkins Coie in the areas of aviation, product liability, and tort litigation.
The primary focus of Tom McLaughlin’s practice involved representing a commercial aircraft manufacturer in lawsuits that arose out of aircraft accidents and that were pending in U.S. federal and state courts and in the courts of foreign countries.
