Suzanne Mattler is a project manager with the firm's E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice. She has over a decade of e-discovery project management experience, both as a review project manager and as an enterprise managed services (EMS) project manager.
She has worked on a broad range of complex litigations, including matters involving patent and antitrust issues, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission actions and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations.
Suzanne consults with attorneys on e-discovery matters to recommend technology solutions to target relevant data, enhance and manage document review and conserve cost. She is responsible for ensuring that case teams have what they need to meet their technical and case objectives throughout the life cycle of a matter and for creating customized solutions for all types of e-discovery challenges.
Suzanne is a Relativity Expert, holding Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Analytics Specialist and Relativity Assisted Review Specialist certifications. She gained significant Relativity experience from her prior role at Epiq, where she was responsible for administering both private and shared Relativity environments. She also has experience with a wide range of other e-discovery technologies, including Blackout, NexLP, Ontrack, Ringtail, Clearwell, Concordance and CaseMap.
