Susan Guthrie provides document review services for commercial litigation and investigations involving the Internet and social media; telecommunications; construction; product liability; aviation; digital currency; financial services; the pharmaceutical industry; health care programs; federal campaign financing law; and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act.
Susan is adept at evaluating complex factual issues and providing analysis of those issues in preparation for deposition and trial.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Susan was a commercial litigator. In her role, she was responsible for all aspects of case management and strategy including factual investigations, legal research, written discovery, deposition and motion practice. She was also responsible for directing a paralegal team in gathering and analyzing evidence in gray market product litigation. Susan is an experienced negotiator, negotiating several settlements in cases involving mass torts, product liability, intellectual property, consumer protection, antitrust and Native American law.
