Stephanie counsels clients in the technology industry on a host of privacy, data security, law enforcement access, and consumer protection issues.
Stephanie Duchesneau advises clients on matters spanning U.S. state, federal, and international privacy compliance; kid and teen privacy; consumer health privacy; and understanding and mitigating privacy litigation risks. Stephanie also represents clients in response to inquiries by the Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and other regulators. She regularly supports clients in drafting and revising privacy policies, terms, and agreements.
Before joining Perkins Coie, Stephanie worked in public policy and program management roles at Google and other technology companies.
