Stacey Strong advises private equity and venture capital clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity transactions, and debt financing transactions.
She counsels private companies at varying stages of maturity and industries regarding equity and debt financing, acquisition agreements, leases, service agreements, buyouts, and corporate governance issues.
Stacey is a graduate of UC Law San Francisco, where she served as a judicial extern for the Hon. William H. Orrick, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
As an ardent supporter of the arts and an active member of her community, Stacey serves on the board of trustees for the Boise Contemporary Theater.
