Shannon serves as the discovery services supervisor with the firm's E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice.
Shannon Smith manages and coordinates discovery attorneys for document review and discovery-related projects. Shannon also consults with attorneys and clients to provide electronic discovery and legal technology solutions. She has extensive experience in document review platforms and designing effective document review workflows. She also consults with attorneys to develop and implement quality control measures for document review, manages electronic discovery budgets and ensures that projects meet case deadlines.
Shannon has experience with a variety of electronic discovery technologies, including Kroll, Recommind and Relativity. She is certified as a CaseMap administrator.
