Trained in electrical engineering and semiconductor materials, IP Attorney Seok Jun Han handles patent prosecution matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in semiconductors, electronics and material sciences.
He has extensive experience in patenting semiconductor technologies and integrated circuits, including dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), flash memory, solid-state storage devices and phase-change memory (PRAM).
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Seok Jun practiced in a U.S. law firm in the areas of semiconductors and integrated circuits. He also worked as a patent engineer and patent manager at a leading semiconductor company for many years, where he managed patent drafting and filings of large patent portfolios in semiconductors.
