Samuel Klein focuses on technology transactions across a variety of industries, including cloud services, e-commerce, energy, financial services, fintech, software, and telecommunications.
He has experience drafting and negotiating agreements involving intellectual property (IP) rights and licensing, as well as assisting with matters related to payments and money transmission.
Samuel maintains an active pro bono practice that includes working with veterans to secure benefits and assisting public interest organizations in advocating for equitable access to the internet.
While in law school, Samuel was a summer associate with Perkins Coie and also completed internships related to national security and foreign affairs, including with the U.S. Attorney's Office and the U.S. Department of State's Office of the Legal Adviser. Prior to law school, Samuel was an associate director at the Atlantic Council, where he studied global technology trends and led multiple research trips to China. Samuel also completed two language immersion programs in Beijing.
