Samantha Kepler is the senior program manager of e-discovery with the E-Discovery Services & Strategy (ESS) practice. With almost 20 years in the e-discovery field, Sam excels in steering complex litigation strategies across diverse practice areas, including patent, commercial, product liability, and construction. She leads a team of technologists, including analysts, project managers, and trial support business professionals focused on internal and external collaboration with lawyers, clients, and other business professionals.
As a leader of ESS, she focuses on the vetting and application of technology and strategies to optimize litigation readiness. Her guidance enables the defensible enhancement of organizational efficiencies, fostering streamlined data collection, review, and production methodologies coupled with cost-saving measures. Sam adeptly navigates the project lifecycle, offering insights on structured and unstructured data sources, early case assessment, and production workflows, while harnessing the power of machine learning and analytics.
