Samantha J. Burke

Samantha Burke is a litigator with experience representing a broad range of clients in complex and high-stakes litigation.

Sam has assisted clients in commercial disputes, constitutional and governmental litigation, water rights cases, mining litigation, election law cases, extensive business litigation concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, and appeals.

Sam handles all aspects of the litigation process and has particularly significant experience and success in motion writing. She has worked with Perkins Coie teams in successfully representing Tyson Foods, The Boeing Company, T-Mobile, Resolution Copper Mining, Arizona State University, Gila Valley Irrigation District, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, and Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, among others.

Before joining Perkins Coie, Sam served as a clerk for the Honorable Judge John J. Tuchi at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Prior to attending law school, Samantha worked as a paralegal for MFY Legal Services in New York, focusing on legal issues in financial servicing and lending. She earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
