Ryan counsels clients on the preservation, collection, review and production of electronically stored information, and oversees and manages document reviews as well as other discovery-related tasks.
Ryan Parietti has worked on a wide range of discovery matters, including insurance coverage disputes, false advertising claims, trade secret litigation, Federal Trade Commission second requests, Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and Environmental Protection Agency information requests. He has conducted responsiveness, confidentiality and privilege review, compiled privilege logs, performed redactions, designed targeted searches and administered quality control.
Ryan approaches discovery from an analytical, rules-based perspective, but applies his creative learnings to assess how each document fits into the larger picture of the case. He has completed LexisNexis's CaseMap Certified Administrator Program and he also possesses extensive experience with Relativity and Concordance.
While in law school, Ryan was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
