Rohan Andresen counsels emerging and established companies in connection with technology transactions; international, U.S., and state-specific privacy regulations; data security; and product counseling.
Rohan's work experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial and technology agreements. Additionally, he also has prepared terms and conditions, data protection agreements, and consumer-facing privacy policies.
Rohan maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular interest in immigration cases.
Prior to his law career, Rohan was a cyber risk advisory consultant, conducting cyber-physical security reviews and providing tailored recommendations for clients.
