Robert Berry received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was an editorial board member and research editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Public Affairs. At Penn, Robert focused on antitrust law, working closely with Professor Herbert Hovenkamp. Robert was Professor Hovenkamp's TA, took his general and mergers and acquisitions (M&A)-focused antitrust courses, and participated in his M&A antitrust independent study course.
