Rahgan Jensen
Rahgan Jensen is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice.
Rahgan Jensen’s white-collar investigations practice includes helping manage internal investigations into whistleblower complaints involving corruption, bribery, bid rigging and other anti-competitive behavior, and retaliation. She has also helped clients identify, assess, and remediate potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
In her litigation practice, Rahgan assists clients in both state and federal court and at the trial and appellate levels in disputes involving complex securities, election law, antitrust, consumer fraud, COVID-19 benefits, and products liability. She also briefed several appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and has argued before the Ninth Circuit.
Rahgan graduated magna cum laude as a member of the Order of the Coif from BYU Law School, where she was the BYU Law Review symposium articles editor-in-chief and a member of the BYU Moot Court team. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Thomas B. Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Rahgan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Danielle J. Forrest of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Rahgan also maintains an active pro bono practice and was awarded a Top 50 Pro Bono of the Year Award by the Arizona State Bar in 2024 for her representation of an asylum applicant in bond proceedings.
