Rachel has experience in real estate transactions, debt financing, and land use.
Rachel Boyce represents institutional and individual tenants, landlords, and major corporations in matters including acquisitions, dispositions, data centers, financings, mixed-use developments, construction, and commercial lending. She has handled complex lease transactions including lab/medical space, office, industrial, retail, large campuses, and corporate headquarters projects. Her debt finance experience includes secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financing, bridge loans, mezzanine, subordinated debt, and structured financings.
In 2020, Rachel received the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights’ James T. Caleshu Award for outstanding pro bono contribution to the Legal Services for Entrepreneurs program, which provides free business legal services to people of color and low-income individuals starting or developing for-profit businesses, and to businesses committed to underserved communities.
