Prior to his retirement, Paul Fortino was a commercial trial lawyer practicing at the highest level of the profession. Paul is a former Regent of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and was recognized in 2010 by Chambers Global as one of the top 50 trial lawyers in America. Paul was also one of the founding partners of the Portland office of the firm in 1983. While retired, Paul continues to mentor younger lawyers on the art of the trial.
