Prior to his retirement, Pat Simpson focused his practice on new venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, corporate governance and state and federal securities laws compliance. He is the former chair of the Oregon Securities Law Section and was a frequent speaker on corporate governance and related matters.
