Nick works with lender and borrower clients to provide solutions for all manner of debt financing.
An experienced finance lawyer, Nick Kajca represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financing transactions. He advises on all aspects of commercial and real estate finance, including real estate acquisition, construction and permanent financings for various types of properties, general commercial finance, acquisition financing, mezzanine facilities, single-bank and syndicated revolving and term loan facilities, and venture debt.
Nick’s clients include banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, public and private companies, and family offices. He has experience working in the real estate, hotels and hospitality, private equity, datacenter services, energy and renewables, sports, technology, retail, and healthcare industries.
Nick has an active pro bono practice and enjoys working with nonprofits. He has advised several 501(c)(3) organizations on issues such as entity formation, obtaining tax-exempt status, and corporate governance. Additionally, he has counseled multiple nonprofit entities through key life cycle events, including the acquisition and development of a corporate headquarters building and the development and implementation of key commercial documents.
