Moses graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he received a certificate in law and technology and earned his Master of Information Science concurrent to receiving his J.D. During law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the North Carolina Central Law Review, and was a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2022. Additionally, Moses was an Intel Social Justice and Racial Equity (ISJRE) scholar and an inaugural NCCU-Intel summer associate. Prior to law school, Moses attended Morehouse College where he was a Gates Millennium scholar.
