Moeka Takagi has experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in patent litigation cases and regularly counsels clients regarding pre-litigation investigations. She has worked on cases spanning a variety of technologies, including artificial intelligence, image processing, file sharing protocols, financial technology, and other software-based systems. She has also assisted with IP-related due diligence and licensing negotiations.

Prior to law school, Moeka worked as a patent agent, advising clients on prosecution strategies and patentability evaluations.
