Minkeun Woo is a counsel in the firm's Federal Tax practice.
Min counsels clients on tax issues across a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and investments, debt and equity issuances, real estate, and restructurings.
Min received his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an editor on the Yale Law Journal and received the Clifford L. Porter Prize for Best Paper in the Field of Taxation. Min is fluent in Japanese and Korean.
