He is an associate in the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy Law practice, where he advises clients on a variety of intellectual property (IP), data privacy, and technology-based transactional matters, across various industries, related to advertising technology, consumer goods and services, health, financial technology, and digital identity.
Michael has a deep understanding of the complex legal issues that arise in the technology world. He has drafted and negotiated agreements involving cloud services, software as a service (SaaS), on-premises software, professional services related to outsourcing and procurement, and other technology-related transactions.
