As senior manager of LPM Development, Melanie Fouts uses legal project management methods and tools to improve efficiency and provide collaborative legal support.
She applies project management processes through the matter lifecycle, including planning, executing and monitoring schedules and budgets, and managing project risks.
Melanie helps implement client-specific and practical solutions with her support of the Perkins Coie Client Advantage Program. She is helping to develop a firmwide matter management framework to provide process improvement and more efficient delivery of legal services to assist attorneys, improve communication with clients, and contribute to client satisfaction.
Melanie received her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management Institute as well as a certification from Cedar Crest College in paralegal studies.
