Maxwell Liaw represents client on commercial real estate transactions across the United States in a wide range of asset classes, including office and industrial buildings, multifamily buildings, retail centers, and hotels.
Maxwell's experience includes representation of borrowers and lenders in construction and term loan originations and loan modifications; purchase and sale transactions of commercial property; office, retail, and industrial leasing; and title, survey, and other due diligence review.
Maintaining an active pro bono practice, Maxwell frequently advises nonprofit community groups and Asian American organizations based in San Francisco's Chinatown and neighboring communities on purchase and sale, leasing, and financing transactions.
