Matt Samet represents technology, media, hospitality, food and beverage, and corporate clients in trademark, copyright, and false advertising law matters.
With a background in intellectual property (IP) litigation, Matt handles U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) actions and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board adversary proceedings.
Matt manages domestic and international trademark portfolios, prosecutes and enforces his clients' IP, and advises clients on emerging IP issues such as artificial intelligence (AI). Matt also has extensive experience in taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions. Additionally, he has drafted winning motions and briefs obtaining relief for his clients in the USPTO and federal court.
