Mallory Petroli has experience counseling startup, mid-level, and global corporations, including but not limited to international consumer, defense, technology, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as financial institutions, on global privacy regulations, the legal aspects of information technology, and strategic solutions for compliance programs, particularly with respect to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Brazil.
In addition, she has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated complex licensing, software as a service (SaaS), research and development (R&D), website and app terms of use, nondisclosure, global technology, cloud-based and data-based commercial agreements, and various other intellectual property and technology agreements for a wide range of U.S. and European companies in accordance with international laws and applicable data protection and information technology standards.
