Mallory Webster defends companies in class-action, commercial, and consumer disputes involving consumer protection and unfair competition claims, dark patterns in marketing, pricing and promotions, false advertising, privacy claims, enforcement of companies' terms of service, defective products, breach of contract, and business torts.

Mallory has deep experience in the emerging area of mass arbitration, a strategy deployed by plaintiffs' firms to file hundreds or thousands of individual arbitration demands to exert disproportionate settlement pressure on companies. She also counsels on updates to companies' dispute resolution terms, strategies to stave off mass arbitration, and best practices for obtaining consumer agreement to terms of service.
