As a Senior Legal Project Manager (LPM), Madison is responsible for strategic data analysis, client facing project management and the strategic development and implementation of major projects to drive the firm's commitment to delivering high-value legal services.
She supports attorneys and clients in all areas of law to strengthen efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and client satisfaction.
Madison delivers innovative methods and sustainable practices using project management techniques that focus on scope, budget, schedule and risk. She is helping to develop a firmwide matter management framework of processes, tools and technology to provide more efficient delivery of legal services, including managing alternative fee arrangements.
