Lois Lee is a technical advisor for the Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Counseling practice.
Lois has experience assessing patentability, video coding patents for patent pools in coding standards, freedom to operate, and invalidity including finding and analyzing prior art in electronic connectors and networks technology. She reviewed software licenses, drafted patent applications, and prepared responses for applications in technologies including blockchain, encryption, electronic connectors, signal processing, machine learning, ultrasound systems, tumor treatment, mixed/virtual reality, medical imaging, biotherapy, wearables devices, programming interfaces, and natural language processing.
Lois received her Master of Engineering (ME) degree in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell Tech at Cornell University. Her studio project involved the development of a navigation app for the visually and hearing impaired.
