Linda Praast
Linda Praast is a discovery attorney with the firm's E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice.
She has experience reviewing legal documents for relevance, specific issues, and privilege, using different platforms including Relativity, iConnect, and DISCO. Linda also assists with quality control and identification and analysis of key documents. She has worked on reviews across a broad range of matters, including antitrust, fraud investigations, and contract and patent disputes.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Linda worked on many large-scale discovery reviews, heavily focusing on U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) antitrust investigations, including second requests. During these reviews, she drafted privilege logs and helped to identify key documents for deposition preparation. Linda also worked for many years in trade association management at the local, state, and national levels.
