Lara manages cases of diverse pre-litigation, litigation, and arbitration matters from pleading, discovery, and law and motion through resolution. She counsels employers on various issues, including employee terminations and the drafting of employment and separation agreements, employee handbooks, and general employment policies and procedures.
Lara has also conducted workplace investigations for allegations of discrimination and harassment, particularly those involving C-suite and other high-level employees. Lara also has experience with both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and regularly advises on the employment implications of corporate transactions.
