Kenneth Tseng is a civil engineer by training and has spent time working with a general contractor on one of Washington's largest and most complex projects.
He advises a broad range of clients regarding construction projects from start to finish.
Kenneth's experience includes helping clients develop and negotiate contracts using both industry-standard and custom forms as well as advising on pre-litigation matters including course-of-construction risk assessments and pre-litigation strategy. He represents clients in a broad range of construction disputes involving breach of contract, product liability, professional liability, consumer protection, insurance coverage, and lien and bond claims. To help obtain the best possible outcome for his clients, he leverages available insurance to help resolve construction disputes, including collaborating with appointed insurance defense counsel.
