Karl Johnston represents clients in a wide variety of intellectual property (IP) disputes in federal courts and arbitral tribunals and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
Karl has experience in all aspects of IP litigation, from pre-complaint investigations and claim construction to trial.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Karl was an associate at another major law firm. While in law school, Karl served as a judicial extern to the Hon. William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and was a senior production editor for the Hastings Law Journal.
