Nike regularly advises on a broad range of corporate governance and transactional matters, including initial company formations, debt and equity financings, and general corporate counseling.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Nike was an associate at a boutique corporate law firm, providing full life cycle support to emerging companies as outside general counsel. Nike is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she served as president of the Fordham Business and Law Association.
