Justin Richter earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he served as a staff member of the Lewis and Clark Law Review. He also served as judicial law clerk at the Oregon Court of Appeals. Prior to graduating, he gained experience as a Perkins Coie summer associate and a 1L Diversity fellow.
