Jordan is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and securities law compliance.
Jordan Leon has worked with clients across various industries, including hospitality, mining, and pharmaceuticals. Jordan has played a crucial role in the formation, sponsor structuring, stock exchange listing, and initial public offerings of special purpose acquisition companies. He provides critical support on public mergers and acquisitions, helping to ensure the preparation of key documents and registration statements, and coordinating with banks and legal counsel to meet deal timelines. Jordan also represents global financial institutions in initial public offerings and follow-on offerings.
Additionally, Jordan manages post-public company obligations, including annual shareholders’ meetings, periodic reports such as Form 10-K and Form 20-F, Section 16 reporting, transfer agent and stock exchange communications, and key corporate governance policies. He is also an active contributor to the legal community, drafting and publishing articles on regulatory developments in the capital markets space.
