Joanne Chua is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and a senior editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.
Joanne also interned as a senior clinician for Michigan Law's Community Enterprise Clinic, where she serviced clients eager to turn ideas into action, ranging from undergraduate startup entrepreneurs to local business owners in Detroit seeking to revitalize their communities.
Joanne was a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2021. She also interned as an Equal Justice America fellow for Public Counsel's Consumer Rights & Economic Justice division.
