Jessica Delacenserie
Jessie Delacenserie's technical training and experience inform her representations of clients in intellectual property matters.
Jessie represents clients in litigation matters involving patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark disputes. She focuses on complex litigation in federal courts and has had an active role in multiple jury trials. As a former software development engineer at Amazon, Jessie provides technical insight regarding complex software issues.
Jessie's representative experience includes managing discovery; drafting pleadings and various motions; working directly with experts to prepare reports; taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses; successfully arguing Daubert, summary judgment, and other pre-trial and trial motions; and participating in various aspects of trial preparation and trial, including preparing and conducting witness examinations.
