Jennifer provides real estate clients with practical and achievable solutions regarding leasing, purchases and sales, conveyances, real estate excise tax, and regulatory compliance.
Jennifer Proctor counsels clients on both transactional and litigation real estate matters, advising on real estate purchase and sales transactions, and defending clients against complaints related to purchase and sale agreements and home ownership. She represents parties on all sides of transactions, including home purchasers, sellers, brokers, landlords, and tenants.
Jennifer assists commercial landlords with drafting lease documentation, assignments, subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements, renewals, and licenses, as well as sales of properties. She also provides guidance to residential landlords on compliance with current local, state, and federal regulations.
