Jennifer Cunningham focuses her practice on estate planning as well as trust and estate administration.
She has represented domestic and international clients in creating and implementing tax efficient estate plans tailored to each client's financial objectives. Jennifer also advises clients in navigating the estate and trust administration process both inside and outside of surrogate's court and has experience handling estates with an international component.
Additionally, she has experience in dealing with various tax issues as they relate to both personal planning and estate administration, including but not limited to the preparation and filing of both federal and New York estate tax returns and postmortem tax planning.
