Jeff draws on over a decade of experience in the e-discovery arena to offer innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to technical challenges.
Jeffrey Segelbaum works closely with attorneys to identify specific discovery needs and designs custom review, case analysis and transcript management databases for individual litigation matters, with a focus on patent and antitrust litigation. He also develops workflows for e-discovery and document review, including technology-assisted review.
Jeff leads internal trainings on the firm's e-discovery platform and has completed the Concordance Administrator and Trainer Certifications, Relativity Administrator Certification, and CaseMap Administrator Certification. His technical experience includes a strong working knowledge of various e-discovery software, including Concordance, LAW, CaseMap, LiveNote, and eCapture. Jeff is also considered a Relativity Expert after becoming a Relativity Certified User and Certified as a Relativity Processing Specialist.
