With a strong background in complex litigation and regulatory investigations, Jeanette brings a wealth of knowledge to every case.

Jeanette Ramirez has extensive experience in contract disputes, patent infringement litigation, and internal corporate investigations. She has handled investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Jeanette is skilled in using leading e-discovery platforms, including Relativity, Disco, and Exterro. Her experience includes conducting early case assessments and managing privilege logs.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Jeanette gained experience in litigation as a criminal defense lawyer and a prosecutor. She has tried jury and bench trials, showcasing her versatility and understanding of the legal system. Additionally, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael T. Downes of the Snohomish County Superior Court, where she conducted research and wrote memos, gaining insights into judicial processes and decision-making.

Jeanette is committed to pro bono work, including the representation of a client in front of the Washington State Clemency & Pardons Board.
