In his 25-year career, Jan Andrusko has led landmark domestic deals and cross-border transactions throughout Central and Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications industries.
Jan's clients include leading global and regional private equity houses; infrastructure funds and other financial sponsor clients; and various technology, telecommunications, media, and energy companies. His guidance to clients incorporates his work in private practice with his experience as CEO and executive director of Nova Group, a leading TV and media group in the Czech Republic.
