James Wang is a discovery attorney with the firm’s E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice. He provides document review, quality control, deposition preparation, and privilege log preparation services for commercial litigation matters and internal investigations, with experience in many e-discovery tools such as Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron.
James has experience responding to domestic and international government information requests as well as responding to civil legal process and pre-litigation complaints. He worked closely with client teams to improve document request response procedures and policies.
